The Sarnia Kinsmen Club has been serving and building the Sarnia Community for over 90 years. Much of our community involvement and philanthropy would not have been possible without collaboration. Over the years the Kinsmen have hosted many events, including the annual Ribfest, Canada Day Parade and Santa Claus Parade. We have raised over $1 million dollars for our community and supported many initiatives.

This year we will be hosting our third event at Baxter Park the “Spring into Summer Arts and Craft Show”, May 4th and 5th, 2024, at Baxter Park off Lakeshore Road (official Address 1582 Colborne Rd.) The event will take place Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday same time. We are now accepting applications – Limited space available. Please submit your form as soon as possible. Our committee will consider your application before final acceptance. We will email you as soon as decisions are finalized, approximately 2 weeks after receipt of application. Applications after March 31st will not be accepted or if vendor space is sold out.

The cost to participate is $150.00 for two days. Payment is due upon approval. See application form attached

Below is additional information;

❖ A 12’ x 12’ space (Tents larger than 10’x10’ will be charged for a second booth)

❖ Exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own tables, chairs, tents/canopy, display units (If you do need a 10 x 10 tent, table and 2 chairs we do offer a combo package for a $ 100.00 fee (Limited qualities available)

❖ With your application please send us a digital picture of your product and we will post on our web site and social media page (2 to 4 pictures)

❖ Set-up will take place starting at 8:00a.m. Everyone must be set-up no later than 9:30 a.m.

❖ Exhibitors must be in attendance and are expected to remain at the show until the end of the event.

❖ Security will be on duty starting Saturday night at 4 p.m. and will remain on duty until 8:30 a.m. the following day.

❖ Washroom facilities at the park will be made available

❖ We do not have wifi, water source or electrical available

❖ Event will take place rain or shine. (there will be no rescheduling or refund)
